Welcome to Medford Care Center, an entirely new standard of living residence. Offering a range of care for residents in one convenient, comfortable and elegant setting. We have been providing world class subacute, long term care and respite services for over 30 years.

Our mission is to provide the best possible quality of care and quality of life for our long-term care residents and sub-acute patients. We are also committed to improving quality of life for our staff and family members of our residents. All staff, through teamwork and the interdisciplinary process, will provide the highest quality service showing compassion and respect to residents and their family members.

OUR FACILITY

A modern nursing facility with 180 beds providing superior medical, nursing, and rehabilitative care. The small nursing units provide individual attention as well as a wide selection of private or shared rooms.

We offer a comprehensive program that provides health monitoring, social involvement, cultural activities and transportation.
